La Gervoise: a Provence Occitane beer

  • biere-la-gervoise-devant-la-ceze-9129
What could be more refreshing on a hot summer day in Provence Occitane than a delicious brewed beer?

At the gates of the Cèze Valley, more precisely in Saint-Gervais, Cathy and Marc have taken up the challenge of brewing quality beer according to the Belgian tradition.  And what a success! Today they sell a range of well-balanced, tasty ales - blonde, amber, white and brown - available in triple fermentation bottles and in casks.

Take the time to meet them, for their ambitious project involves a multitude of technical subtleties: complex recipes, fermentation methods, brewing.  You can enjoy their story without moderation!

We recommend a visit to the brewery followed by a commented tasting session accompanied by local delicacies (advance booking required: €10/person) or simply a convivial moment to share on the terrace with slates of scrumptious local "nibbles".
Everyone here can be treated to a memorable and personal experience.
