SAINT-GERVAIS is one of four villages in the Gard have the label "VILLAGES COMMUNAL"
The name ST GERVAIS VILLAGES is spearheading the production and reinforces its typicality by the establishment of terroir selection since the early 90s and today leads to the development of specifications.

The classic grape varieties and geographical configuration and geological give SAINT GERVAIS particular typical orienting naturally to produce powerful and generous wines suitable for aging.

THE VILLAGES SAINT GERVAIS has a beautiful purple color, aromas of ripe fruit, liquorice flavors, supple tannins that provide a long finish harmonizing perfectly with roasted game, thrushes, partridges, wild boar or with stews hare and rabbit.

Open all year.
Closed Sundays from September 15 to June 15
