130 m² apartment for 1 to 6 people, in a very warm environment. Compact and stylish, with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Close to nature and the Cèze valley, you can quickly get to the Sautatet waterfalls, rivers, hiking, water sports, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, yoga and meditation. You can also discover unusual places, enjoy motorcycle rides and visit historic monuments.
The apartment is not for rent as a whole unit (private rooms). Accommodation for up to 6 people or more, whether for tourism or business (coworking space available). Homestay, sharing and conviviality. Escape and serenity amid vineyards, olive groves, forest and the Cèze river.
There are many hiking trails starting from the village: Examples: Les Cascades du Sautadet - 2.8 km Saint-Michel-d'Euzet, La Roque-sur-Cèze - 11.93 km Saint-Gervais - 10.4 km La Chartreuse de Valbonne Sud - 7.46 km Traveler access: The apartment is just a stone's throw from the town hall and city center. To park your vehicle, the best option is to go directly to the village square or the town hall square. The apartment is 10 minutes from Bagnols-sur-Cèze, 9 minutes from Goudargues, 20 minutes from Pont-Saint-Esprit, 32 minutes from Bollène... Close to major roads: Avignon, Nîmes, Montpellier, Orange, Bollène, Alès, Uzès, le Grau-du-Roi, Aigues-Mortes, Rochefort-du-Gard, Vallon-Pont d'Arc, Pont Saint-Esprit...
