Presentation

In an ideal spot for wine tourism adjoining the Domaine de la Mordorée, the villa overlooks the TAVEL vineyard and benefits from exceptional panoramic views.
Situated in the village of Tavel, in a dominant position, and without any opposite, the villa has a spacious garden and a large swimming pool (15m x 7m).

At 4 Kms from the motorway exit of Roquemaure. Ideal location to take advantage of the festivals (Avignon/Orange) and to visit our vineyards and taste our famous Tavel, Lirac and Châteauneuf du pape wines.

The Villa d'Ambre was renovated in 2013 by Christophe Delorme, a talented winemaker.
An exceptional panorama opens up on the vineyard: the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and the Alpilles.

In a dominant position, the 360 m² building is entirely glazed on the eastern side. Its orientation allows you to benefit from a view that stretches from the Tavellois vineyards to the summit of Mont Ventoux.

On the terrace along the south side, tables and chairs are set up to welcome you at meal times, with a view of the swimming pool.
The villa has 6 rooms: view on the swimming pool, the laurels, the old mill, the vineyard, the vestiges, and the Alpilles.
