- Our shrimps are of the finest caliber and accompanied by a well-balanced aioli.
- Our Atlantic-caught whelks are just waiting to be eaten with a fork.
- La Very Nice: Pissaladière with samphire
- La 5 à Sète: Tielle from Maison Dassé
- La Goud'algue: Salad with salicornia, cherry tomatoes and Mozza balls

- Our wines are made by local producers
- Our beers come from the Beerock brewery in Saint-Alexandre
- Our sodas are produced at the OLY brewery in Pont-Saint-Esprit
Everything we do is geared to providing a pleasurable taste and visual experience.
