The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, 1 bathroom and 3 toilets.

You can specify at the time of booking if you wish to combine two single beds to form a double bed (large sheets).

OUTSIDE
Large terrace furnished with garden furniture, table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a gas plancha.

Deckchairs around the pool.
Pool maintenance requires the presence of a pool attendant 2 or 3 times a week.

PETS
Our 4-legged friends are welcome, but small daily gifts left near the house must be removed before departure.
They are not allowed upstairs in the sleeping area.
The garden is not fenced, and the road to the house is 100m away.
Very few cars circulate, the road serves a dwelling further on at 500m and then ends in a cul de sac, so the animals have space without danger.

On-site activities :
4mx10m swimming pool with underwater deck, childproof cover with bars. Pool maintenance 3 times a week.
Petanque court.

Places to visit: Pont du Gard, Uzès, several villages classified as "Plus beaux villages de France", Chartreuse de Valbonne, caves and avens, Gorges de l'Ardèche....

Keys handed over on arrival and departure.
We remain at your disposal and can be contacted at any time during your stay.
