145 m2 house converted from the living quarters of a winegrowing estate. Agricultural style, seen from the vines. Passing through a closed garage, you enter the house, which transforms once you've pushed open the front door. A change of scenery guaranteed! The completely renovated farmhouse has been transformed to offer all the comforts you'd expect for a vacation with friends or family. The 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet occupy the entire second floor, while the work rooms on the first floor have been transformed into a 70 m2 living room with open kitchen. A shower room with WC completes the first floor. The house faces onto a garden planted with flowers and trees. The well-defined areas offer privacy for all. The swimming pool area (5M X 3M H 1.45M) with deckchairs and beach is secured by a gate, where you can choose to enjoy the warm Gard sun or the tropical shade of the palm trees. A small lounge with two sofas has been set up further back, in the shade of the laurel trees, for relaxing or reading in peace and quiet. But the favorite spot for groups of friends is the huge cane-covered arbour in front of the bay window in the living room. It's the place to come for meals and socializing over a drink. There's a plancha next door, so you're not too far away when it's time to grill. Located less than 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful Roman cities in the South of France, including Avignon, Nîmes, Arles and Orange, or medieval towns like Uzès. You come for the sun, and the vineyards to discover, and history awaits you at your vacation destination.
