Presentation

Cellar tasting and sale of Côtes du Rhône and Côtes du Rhône Villages Saint Gervais.
SAINT- GERVAIS is one of only four villages in the Gard to hold the "VILLAGES COMMUNAL" appellation.
The ST GERVAIS VILLAGES appellation is the spearhead of our production, reinforcing its typicality through the introduction of terroir-based selection since the early 90s, which has now led to the drafting of a set of specifications.

The classic grape varieties, geographical configuration and geological strata give SAINT GERVAIS a distinctive character, making it a natural choice for the production of powerful, generous wines suitable for ageing.

SAINT GERVAIS VILLAGES has a beautiful crimson color, aromas of ripe fruit, licorice flavors and supple tannins that offer great length on the palate, a perfect match for roast game such as thrush, partridge and wild boar, as well as jugged hare and rabbit.
