Charming bed & breakfast in an 18th-century farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Côte du Rhône cru Lirac vineyar

Thanks to its spaciousness, this farmhouse offers the luxury of today: space, calm and a quality environment.
The 5 air-conditioned guest rooms, carefully restored with noble materials and refined decoration, offer all modern comforts.
An ideal place to recharge your batteries in Provence Occitane.
3 bedrooms open onto a large enclosed courtyard (130 m²), shaded by a century-old tree; garden furniture, deckchairs, chairs, boules and table tennis are all at your disposal.
You'll also have access to the TV lounge and games room with pool table.
Peace and relaxation are guaranteed in the landscaped gardens surrounding the large infinity pool (20x10m) and Californian beach.
A mini bamboo grove and a number of majestic trees provide relaxing cool spots.
Numerous deckchairs, bistro tables and garden lounges around the pool or under the shade of the trees allow you to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
In summer, you can enjoy breakfast in the courtyard, by the pool, in the poolhouse, in the vaulted room or by the kitchen's large fireplace in winter.
The grounds are enclosed by a gate, and you can park your vehicles in complete safety on the estate.
