French and local olive oil miller and producer. Olive oil tasting, olive products, olive crushing. Olive pruning service.
I'm a farmer who became passionate about olive trees thanks to my father. I wanted to open a mill to produce my own olive oil and to welcome private and professional olive growers. The olive harvest runs from mid-October to mid-January. During this period, we're open all week. Otherwise by appointment.

All the rest of the year, I take part in fairs and/or markets, to share a moment of conviviality and conviviality, offering tastings of our olive oil and spreads.

Starting in March, I'll be offering an olive pruning demonstration at the Olive Day event in St Paulet de Caisson on Sunday March 27, 2022. I'll be on hand to give advice.
