This carefully restored house of character combines charm with a contemporary feel. Its colourful decor, leafy courtyard with swimming pool and panoramic view over the vines invite you to savour the art of living in the South in an intimate, soothing atmosphere.
Behind its stone walls steeped in history, Mas Ëvalla reveals an interior completely redesigned to accommodate up to ten people. Offering vast living spaces, the house has been designed to combine conviviality and privacy, so that everyone can make the most of their stay.

At the heart of the property, the courtyard features a heated swimming pool with a Provençal feel, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. A summer kitchen under the large archway invites you to share meals in total simplicity, while several terraces allow you to savour every moment of the day, from a sunny breakfast to an aperitif at sunset. Under the large porch, a table tennis table promises moments of fun and conviviality.

Upstairs, a vast, light-filled 40 m² lounge opens onto the courtyard and terrace through a large steel bay window, creating a warm, elegant atmosphere. A second summer lounge, with a relaxation area, table football and darts, offers a privileged setting for admiring the vineyards and, in the distance, Mont Ventoux.

For moments of rest and sharing, a comfortable TV corner with a large sofa invites you to relax in front of a film or leaf through one of the many books available. Children and board game enthusiasts will also find plenty to keep them amused, with a selection of games designed for all ages.

The four bedrooms, each with its own en suite shower room, guarantee comfort and privacy for every guest. The house is fully air-conditioned, with independent controls for each room, to ensure optimum comfort all year round.

Far from the hustle and bustle, Mas Ëvalla is a haven of peace, ideal for holidays with family or friends. Its privileged location in Provence Occitane also makes it the perfect base for exploring the region: strolling through picturesque villages, tasting local wines, exploring Uzès or Avignon...
