Presentation
The Clos des Capitelles residential estate is on a human scale, and offers its customers stays in the heart of nature, in a privileged area focused on well-being and fitness.
Set in 4 hectares of wooded parkland, the site has been open since 2006, with just 87 pitches offering maximum privacy. Existing vegetation has been preserved, providing much-appreciated shaded areas. The pitches, ranging in size from 200 to 370 m², accommodate residential chalets and mobile homes.
Some pitches are still available for year-round rental or for the installation of a new mobile home purchased from us.
These holiday homes are all owner-occupied. Between 20 and 30 of them entrust their rental to us.
This is how we can offer you rental in these particularly comfortable and well-equipped residences, classified in 6 ranges from Comfort to Prestige Plus.
All rentals are equipped with a partially or fully-covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue or electric griddle, TV and reversible air conditioning at no extra charge.
Sheets and towels are provided at no extra charge for stays of at least 5 days.
Access to the swimming pool and gym is available from June to September at no extra charge.
On-site sauna, spa, massage room and beauty treatments.
In July and August, an activity leader is on hand for children, and there's the option of a weekly guided walk, aquagym, sophro-relaxation and qi gong at no extra charge.
In July and August, a restaurant service is available 6 evenings out of 7.
